Moonlight Mushrooms is a family owned and operated gourmet mushroom farm growing and thriving right in the heart of Moncton, NB. Here we grow gourmet Blue Oyster mushrooms for local CSA baskets with the Really Local Harvest, through the Dieppe Farmer’s Market with Local By Atta, and for friends, families, and other clients in our greater Moncton community.
~ With a strong love for Mother Earth, we grow our mushrooms in locally grown organic straw, local water and fresh air. We do not use any products with pesticides or chemicals. Because we believe it’s important to give back to the earth and community, all of the leftover myceliated straw is donated as compost materials to local gardeners, and Windy Hill Farm, an organic vegetable farm in McKees Mills NB.
